Therapeutic Approach
“I am a compassionate therapist who values individual experiences and stories. There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all therapy. Mental health isn’t something to cure or finish; it’s ongoing and not linear. My clients feel validated and safe exactly as they are.
My therapeutic style is connected, collaborative, authentic, and warm. I use humor when appropriate and genuinely value the complexities of the therapeutic relationship.”
“You can’t always get what you want. But if you try sometime you’ll find, you get what you need.”
